PRESIDENT/BROKER-IN-CHARGE
A Charlotte Native licensed since 1979, David started his career with John Crosland Company and went on to develop retail and office properties throught the Carolinas in the 1980's with FCW Properties, Inc. He joined Prudential Charlotte Commercial Real Estate in the early 1990's, eventually becoming Broker-in Charge and growing the Commercial Division to 10 brokers. In 2002 David partnered with Coldwell Banker Commercial to form SouthEast Commercial Real Estate Group, Inc.
