Larry has been a commercial real estate broker, specializing in land sales for over 25 years. After a small stint of working in general brokerage and then for 2 local developers in lot sales, Larry joined Prudential Carolinas Commercial Real Estate to focus on land sales to single family developers. In 2002, Larry partnered with David E. Fuller, Jr. in forming SouthEast Commercial Real Estate Group, Inc. Larry specializes in land assembleges and multi family site selection for developers whom he has cultivated relationships with throughout his successful career.
